The new Cromwell Events Centre has officially been given the go-ahead by the Central Otago District Council at a cost of over $45million.
It will include an auditorium, a cafe, a cinema, meeting rooms and other multi-use public spaces.
We are thrilled to have reached our first big sales milsestone – 25 sections in the Cherry Grove neighbourhood have now sold.
The first release of Shannon Farm sections were launched and we have been overwhelmed with the response. 30 sections were sold or placed under contract during our database pre-launch.
Spring has sprung and the Shannon Farm team certainly have a spring in their step now (pardon the pun!) as we have just received subdivision consent from the Central Otago District Council.
We are now taking Expressions of Interest for Shannon Farm. Anyone who signs up on the website will receive updates on the development.
